Join as a student
Students use the Android app only (not the manager website). Install, sign in with your registered mobile, and start checking in.
1. Install and sign in
- Install Sanctuary - Library Management from Google Play, open sanctuary.org.in/get-app, or scan your library’s Student App QR.
- Choose I study here.
- Enter the Indian mobile number registered at your library.
- Verify with the SMS OTP.
No Student ID or password
Login is always mobile + OTP. Never share your OTP with anyone. There is no student login on the manager website.
2. Not at a library yet?
You can join a library from home from your phone. The manager accepts or rejects; you pay only after Accept.
Or ask the library to register you at the desk - they will send a short login tip on WhatsApp or email.
3. Your first study day
- Bottom bar: Dashboard · Analytics · Profile
- Tap Check-In during library hours and your allotted time slot
- Tap Check-Out when you leave (forgotten sessions usually close at library close)
- Open Alerts for broadcasts, closures, and payment updates
4. Renew when needed
Go to Profile → Renew / Upgrade Plan. Pay by UPI + UTR. Remaining days stack - renewing early does not wipe leftover time.
Open Udhaari dues
If you have open dues, clear them with Pay now (full remaining amount) before you can renew yourself.
